In January 2016 I was in Myanmar visiting Pack Pan village where live people of the Lahu Shi tribe. The name of the guide I had was Ah Beay, but members of the tribe called him "noodle": this was because whenever he visited them was carrying a box full of packages of noodles, which is the food they like most.
